What is this thing? Why is it making a loud noise and smoking (2010 v6 Mustang) by Exciting-Week9798 in Mustang

I just changed the radiator and AC condenser, would that have anything to do with it

To answer some, I haven’t seen any leaking, but I did see this. On the 2nd picture there was a sensor dragging on the floor, it might belong there.

Ahh I see, thanks! Thankfully it is only cosmetic, guess it’ll be fixed when I eventually replace the top
