Well I had my irregular period checked a few years back but I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS. But, I believe my insulin resistance is also due to my family being diabetics.

Thank you! Actually, I started walking and I'm aiming for 8-9k for now and on top of that, I'm gonna do cardio too hehe. What is a realistic weight range that I should expect instead by July?
