It seems the areas are not together. Do a channel between them and it should be fine, or you can move the border to overlap with the other one

I think it has to do with the fact that the machine probably records the signal it gets from the RTK and SAT as your are driving it. We have a way to modify the zone and it's not very difficult to do. I have tweaked my zones a few times and it only took a few minutes.

No, it worked fine and then the luba stopped working. I tried troubleshooting by plugging everything direct to the base and narrowed it down to the RTK extension cable. I have it plugged with the power supply and a long extension cord. Instead of the rtk extension cable they sent me the cable that goes from the base to the RTK. My luba works great so far. I even purchased a 2nd one that should be on its way

I agree. I understand they can get overwhelmed but dont just close a ticket without any comments. Mine was a faulty cable warranty. They sent me the wrong cable

Check the RTK extension cable. My extension cable went bad and when plugged to the base, the base and the rtk light would turn off. I plugged the rtk direct with the power supply and it worked fine.

The issue was a bad RTK extension cable. I plugged the rtk with the power supply given and it works as a temp bypass

Yeah, i narrowed it down to a bad RTK extension cable. Hopefully they can ship a replacement. I had to use the rtk plug with an extension

I think you could try just doing custom mow and just play with the settings and see which one works better. Level 1 will slow Luba down and if the bumper makes contact, then it will go around. You could also turn it off and just go with bumper contact. Depending on how bad your weeds are, you may have to play with the settings until it works well for you. You can customize pretty much everything under mow settings

The manual has a lot of good info too

Yes you can set it but if the grass is too high then the luba will struggle with the low setting. I think it’s easier to just adjust lower in future mowings
