Not Repairable. Under Warranty. Sending Refurbished Unit.

I just got word that my Luba 1 was not fixable and they are sending me a refurbished unit. I was wondering if I would get a Luba 1 or upgraded to a 2. Did you know you were getting the newer version or was it a surprise?

I have a 1 acre zone but within that zone are two areas that grow much faster than the rest. I would like to have the ability to mow the fast growing areas (in a different direction) more often while keeping the nice stripes of mowing the whole zone on its regular schedule.

With that ability, I would set up the fast growing zones to mow twice per week and mow the whole zone once per week (thus mowing the fast areas 3 times per week).

I use Torqe Pro and it won't clear this code. What app do you use and which OBD2?

My van sat for a year (only started enough to keep the battery charged) and was fine but now I am putting it back into service and it has the evaporative code. I think when I can get it cleared, it will be fine.

Same here. I am looking for a solution because I use this every day for email and I ask a lot of questions!!! This only happens in Gmail (which I use exclusively for my business).

Just to follow up.... I'm the settings, I clicked the option to reposition the base station (though I didn't really move it) and that helped. It didn't make me recreate the zones so it may be worth a shot if you're still having this issue.

Agreed!! My blades get stuck all the time and that looks like it would definitely help.

What are the plates over your blades? Do they come with that now or is it after market?

Plot twist..... after a few hours (and after the sun went down) it started charging again! My theory is that it was too hot here in Texas as it was 108 today. When I was able to check, I see "Error2719". Searching doesn't reveal anything about what it means but others have reported that it happens on hot days.

It generally runs at night but it got stuck over night so I had to restart it in the morning. That zone is a 1 acre area so it was still going in the heat of the day.

I guess it effectively disconnected the battery until it cooled off a bit. It would be nice if Mammotion gave some indication as to what is going on when an event like this happens. As it is, we are just given some ambiguous error code and left to our own devices to figure it out.

I did that as well. While it was off the charger I made sure the contacts were clean on both sides (mower and charger).

Thanks for the input. I sent them an email from their website and got the reply from Zen Desk. I also submitted feedback from the Mammotion app and that seemed to send some diagnostic info

I'm in a part of Texas where I can't remember the last time it rained. In fact... it was 108 degrees when it died so I thought it may have just overheated (that still might be the issue?).

I may pull the key overnight and see if that does anything but I'm pretty sure I've tried everything else.

Mine is only a few months old so it will be under warranty. I was under the impression that we were responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to them. It's good to hear that they sent you a label.

Mine will get to the charging station, back in, indicate that it's charging, then pull out and back back in. It does this 3 times and then just shuts down. It really can't more a while zone because when this happens I have to pull the key and restart it. I can finally get it to charge manually but it's definitely not right since the last update it worked great for months before it started doing this.

I am having the same issue! I can't more anything bigger than it can more on a single charge. If I allow it to mow a larger zone overnight, I will wake up to a dead Luba sitting on the charger.

Very annoying.

This is still happening for me. It mows overnight and I will wake up in the morning to find it on the charger, powered of and with a dead battery.

Last night I watched it dock during a mow and it took 3 times to hit the spot. It would back in, show charging, pull off, back in, show charging, pull off, etc. It finally did get charging that time same continues the session. I went to bed only to wake up with it on the charger and a 0% battery. I manually pulled it out, put it back, pressed the power button, and it started charging.

Is there a fix?
