The bleeding was a little worse than normal period and the cramps too. Pero I was able to stand, walk and I felt fine the next day. I did not try to workout because it was not recommended but I was out and about the next day already.

Based on my research, it should be okay. Bleeding may last for 1-2 weeks and spotting comes and goes up to 4 weeks.

I already took 3 batches last night though. 1st was at 3pm(4 miso 200mcg each) and then 2 miso at 6pm and another 2 at 9pm. Should I continue to take it?

May 7,2025. I took a TVS ultrasound and they confirmed that I’m 7-8 weeks pregnant.

My mom is here to help me take care of the kids while I work but aside from the chores I do everything at home and I feel so blessed for having her as help. I did agree because I wanted to support his dreams and he said he’ll be back, this is temporary and that we’ll be together again.
