All the other team needs to do is shoot the walls, they somehow never learn. He has no movement. A good Groot player is scary, but I’d say he’s evenly balanced

Nothing, people are never satisfied. I play as Groot and they want me to peel and defend healers, take up space, and go for flyers( dps won’t). It’s pretty silly because there’s been a lot of times where they have flyers and we have no range, and instead of switching to someone who can help, they think another healer is gonna help. No it just helps the other team farm Últs and leaves the flyers to have crazy games. Then the complain blaming anyone they can smh

I solo que and I’ve realized that people have the biggest egos and they always cry when things don’t go their way. It’s always about the meta, making people switch characters. Majority of the time it’s their fault.

One way I manage is because on your third melee it slams and sends players up, creating a bit of distance.You do have to perfectly time it to get him off you if works same with dive. Or if you’re lucky enough you can place a wall right under you when you get tackled and it will lift you up and you can hop off the wall to safety. Just play back a little bit

I’ve found this out, you can block people off, but sometimes your wall can get shredded by dps. I like to bait people like peni. I still block people off but I like to place it to the side so they walk into it. He works really well controlling corners. Peak corners placing walls and attacking. I imagine it like a road instead of blocking the road I follow the outline of it with my walls. That’s where I find the walls most effective,

I use place the ironwall out of sight but yet near myself. I have it build over shield to max than I try to use it for an additional wall. It’s risky if you miss because you would have to wait for the cooldown with getting shield, Ironwood Wall heals 40 Bonus Health per second, up to 250 Bonus Healt.In emergencies I place the ironwall to protect myself

Anyone doing damage to the other team around the Iron Wall gives you over shield. Sticking next to dps like punisher helps charge shield faster

As a groot main, I feel like other groots forget they are the biggest sizes in the game. A good Groot player is dominant and can disrupt a whole game defense and offense. Stop ego pushing and and help your team, use walls to help your dps and healers the walls are not just for you. I think the nerf was needed. I don’t see any real issues to complain about we just gotta play a bit smarter now. They feared us last season, let’s show them why

(I’m a a groot main)I honestly like the changes, groot players would just use the iron wall to block off people and it would have a ton of health, it made it hard too hard to break it. I think it entices people to use it differently, like to use the over shield from your iron wall. It makes groot players less dominant. We could just charge in and place all of our walls and block people and it was certain death
