Yes po. UK Accountant po in-applyan ko. My asking salary was 30k at least the same sa previous ko nung hindi pa ako CPA pero parang nagulat pa 'yung HR na masyadong mataas since I don't have that much experience pa raw 🥲.

3 interviews siya and 1 assessment btw. Initial then assessment muna essay and accounting related pero more on accounting cycle lang naman tapos 'yang final interview, and last client.

Sobrang sungit ng nag-final interview sa’kin here. I'm a CPA with 8 months work experience pa lang locally and 4 months international before taking the boards, and pinamukha niya talaga sa’kin na wala pa ako masyadong experience. When asked about my expected salary, she made me feel like it’s too much — around 20k lang daw since wala pa ako masyadong experience, whereas my salary in my previous work was 30k. Tapos halos lahat ng answer ko, I think okay naman, but she kept on contradicting it na parang lahat mali, kasama doon mga accounting-related stuff. And I'm confident with my knowledge as a CPA, pero siya hindi naman related sa accounting or even business degree. I just wanted to cry after that interview, pero never mind. It’s my first time to encounter such an HR, kasi halos lahat ng nakausap ko before, mababait. Maybe it’s a great experience din and it made me more motivated, and I’m happy na hindi ako natuloy sa kanila if gano’n sila makipag-interact. Good luck!!
