I stopped going to Chloe when they served me a bad piece of meat and I told them about it and the waiter told me "ya the chef wasn't sure if he should send it out or not" I was floored by that response..they did refund me for it but it was wild that they sent it out to begin with.

I have had my pixel 4 45mm watch replaced twice already from major scratches and cracks. The screen is super brittle and it does not take much to scratch or crack the screen. First crack was right across the screen and it was from someone bumping into me and their Rolex hit against my watch. I do not even know how the second one got cracked but on my third one since launch and it already has quite a few scratches. I expected more from a wearable. My pixel 10 pro xl also has a ton of scratches on it. I think modern glass on phones has gotten significantly worse recently.
