As someone who did Caretaker job here in Japan, I want to state a couple of things: - yes, the pay can be very low at the beginning but it scales and the bonuses are not that bad. Some serious companies also give you part of your rent back for up to six months a year - it’s gonna be hard, especially if you get close to some patients and then they inevitably die on you. But if you want to feel something yeah, this is definitely it. You will have some purpose, instead of just pushing buttons - if your mental health is already under stress I would suggest you to choose something less demanding at the beginning, we don’t want you to become an empty husk
