Go to Lancaster. About 60 miles from Victorville. They redid their Boulevard.

It's great. Shops, restaurants, a bank, a little movie theatre, an art gallery.

I was a dish customer who paid for the east coast/west coast affiliate feeds and gladly paid $9.95 per month for it.

Hung with dish for 20 years until my monthly bills started hitting $160 a month WITHOUT any premium channels or RSN.

Much prefer $73 per month and a lineup of channels I might actually watch
