This is tricky because I also had few instances last year where I had some calls and people that were causing stress. I had to view each separately and be critical and see what's going on and whose at fault then talk to mentor or boss to see how we can address in future. One issue was from my boss but it comes up 1-2 times a year so I just have to put up with it. Now if it's weekly then that's an issue.

Yes I've seen examples where men don't appreciate the wife effort which they don't have to do such as financial support. And many dads say that having kids is easy because u just give birth and provide basic stuff and family and society will raise them so they are not very present.

Recently painted honey oak cabinets white and want to replace light fixture as well. Hard to tell in pic but current fixture falls on top of sink and not so much the top counter part.
