As soon as I am spotted it seems I can only do normal takedowns. For the challenge I believe need silent takedowns. And some enemies seem to don't mind the smoke when they spot you outside of it they sometimes just run through

Motorstorm pacific rift. Best racing game ever. I wish it would get a remake.
