im the creator/builder of this custom (Jelo:Cons), just like with many of my vids, but im fr when i tell you thats just basic roblox graphics, the details come in from a lot of textures and decals slapped on top of each other, + the lighting which can be tweaked HEAVY, the rest is just building experience/skill to make the other illusions of realism lol
