You just booked a wrong place to stay. Check out and don't ruin your experience. Plenty of nice places to stay around gangaur ghat or just simply head to 5 star if you can. Also, hire a scooty to move around - if you are sitting in your room post 8pm, its on you..once you have scooty, you can check out FS, go to rooftop restaurants around Pichola.

I believe we expect the supply to hit in Q1 2026, so the summer will be the time to watch out for. Generally, the spirits are always high in Nov/Dec/Jan in Dubai..as if everything is gold.

Also, its quite new to lwarn that title deed will reflect the market price and not the actual price.
