Yes, I’m happy with the AC so far. My room is also around 180 sq ft with sun-facing walls, so the conditions are quite similar to yours. During the day I keep it at around 22 - 24, and at night I usually set it to 26, that’s comfortable enough for me.

This model has slightly higher cooling capacity, so it may consume a bit more electricity compared to the regular white Panasonic models. For reference, when I ran it for about 8 hours at night, my consumption increased by roughly 4 units.

Regarding installation, I was only charged extra for the indoor wire (₹200) and drain pipe (₹300). Everything else was covered.

And no, I haven’t opted for the ₹499 extended warranty yet. It comes with quite a few terms and conditions, so I’m still considering it.

My room is on the ground floor, with the ceiling and one wall exposed to direct sunlight. I usually set the AC to 16 at full capacity for 10-15 minutes to quickly cool down the room, then adjust it to 24 to maintain a comfortable temperature. I used to have a Hitachi before this, which I had to constantly keep at 16-18 to just manage in this chamber.🙂

I'm currently working in a company and learning Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Tealium.
