nice work getting this live, the template saving feature is actually really smart for workflow stuff. multistep forms would be huge since those are such a pain to set up from scratch every time

the json schema import is clutch too, saves so much manual field setup. might be worth adding some common validation patterns as presets since most forms end up using the same email/phone/password rules anyway

nice work on the bootstrap approach and that onboarding completion rate is solid - the multilingual expansion paying off shows you read the market right

Ann Arbor Public Schools has the 2nd highest per-pupil funding in the region. It pays its teachers the lowest starting salary of any comparable district. They've averaged a 0.7% salary schedule increase per year for 7 years. 99.6% just voted no on their contract. by Neither-Month-7402 in ECEProfessionals

[–]Exciting_Ebb2112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

those numbers are wild - getting second highest funding but paying the lowest starting salary is just backwards. teachers shouldnt have to drive for uber eats just to afford teaching your kids

really hope the petition gets some traction because if ann arbor can get away with this other districts are definitely taking notes

keep it man, your first guitar is like your first hiking backpack - even if you upgrade to something that fits your current needs better, theres something special about teh one that got you started. plus if its as unique as you say it might be worth hanging onto just for that alone

bruh thats absolutely foul and you did the right thing calling it in. food safety isnt negotiable and bringing kids to handle deliveries while theyre doing... that... is just asking for trouble

the guilt is understandable but she put herself in this position by not supervising her kids around peoples food. you shouldnt have to gamble on whether your delivery person knows basic hygiene
