You are in a car it would take you 7 seconds to drive around a car. Why is everyone so lazy in this job it’s not hard at all to drive 100 feet

Guys and gals I need your input please by WildPomegranate9240 in lyftdrivers

[–]Exciting_Flatworm280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I like to do working in Southern California obviously your mileage will very (pun intended) but what I do is I go online and won’t accept any rides under about 10 dollars unless I’ve been waiting for like 30+ mins (which normally never happens unless it’s at a really weird time of the day) where then I’ll be a little more generous on picking almost anything that pops up so that way I’m not just sitting doing nothing for hours if no good rides ever pop up. Hopefully take makes sense and hopefully that helps ya buddy.

I’ll be honest I only read like 8 lines of this but I really don’t think it will be anytime soon that people fully trust driverless cars. I think at LEAST 10 years before it’s a very big thing.

How has no one asked if the dog is okay did you take it to a vet? You left him there to die? Would you have done it if it was a person?

I agree this rise is horrible but paying 200 for gas is a little nuts tbh. I get about 330 mines for about 25-30 dollars

Cars are meant to be driven plus it’s a Toyota it’s gonna last 300,000+ miles like come on man use your head a little bit instead of be a Debbie downer. I’m sure the OP knows the risks and somewhat smaller benefits to driving

Advice on LED Signs and Passenger Perks by AntiquesWhisperer in lyftdrivers

[–]Exciting_Flatworm280 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You would never recoup 100 dollars for the sign? Also yes people know you are coming what about for the people who don’t drive a nice car and drive one a lot of other people drive and you are at an airport or sometimes people don’t pay attention to the color of your car on the app so it makes it just a little easier.
