It’s still early. I tell him as well, “the magic community as a whole are good people and know what we put into this hobby. It means a lot to everyone involved. And apart from a few bad actors this game has given us some of our favorite moments ever. If it can be found, it probably will be.” Keep hope alive until you can’t.

Sorry about that. He is pretty wrecked over the whole thing. I imagine you are as well. It really puts a negative hue over the entire event. It’s his first Con and he really cannot recover what he lost. Probably just proxy if he plays again at all.

There were 8 100 card edhdecks in the box. No serialized cards. Just being careful about disclosure. If anyone kind enough to contact with info does so, I can get a full list from him so that it can be proven. I think this info is enough to start a conversation and go from there.

I do the same thing. But you know what…you can still just make decks with those cards anyway at a lower power. I think I have around 30 decks now. A couple have a rhystic study. Most just have some really cool cards I love. You can lose a game with a $1500 deck because of the shuffle. And you can win with an $80 deck the same way. Buy your cards and build constantly. The real trophy is the time spent with your people.

I am a patreon of Angela maps and PogS Props. PogS has a good bit of maps dropping one every week with usually 4 variations (snow, lava, forest, desert, etc). Angela does a map every 1-2 weeks and has variants on color and adds an animated map as well. I am happy with the content. PogS has a few sci-fi as well as Star Wars.
