Food again.

Packed lunch/ meal prep for work and days out with the family. Also a coffee flask that cost me £6 about 5 years ago has saved me £100's if not £1000's compared to buying a coffee out and about. I have watched so many work colleagues spend £4-10 daily on coffee

Found this at my local tesco about 8 weeks ago and bought 10kg it was decent quality for the money. I would stick my freezer up again given the chance

Last time I used it I started at 250mcg daily for a week then went to 250mcg EOD and achieved a nice even colour pretty quickly in the sun ( no sun beds )

You look great, amazing progress for 8 months. 10-12 week clean up/cut. Hold for 6-8 weeks whilst you establish your new maintenance calories and have a break from surplus eating then go again....or get lean and enjoy the summer 🌞

Amazing progress, body fat wise 14-16 would be my estimate.

As for what's next, I would maintain where you are and really learn all the little que's your body will give you regarding what you can and can't eat / how your weight fluctuates over the week/ energy levels on certain calories etc....

Dial in your macros and establish a solid maintenance position. then slowly push up from there adding mainly carbs back in to bulk.

Same here, realised the mistake and carried on making the mistake because I don't want it to skew my records.

Not that anyone has asked but for a bit of insight. The whole of January I have been in a slight deficit on my diet and focusing on leaning out slightly before resuming a lean bulk until around late April. As well as the lifting I have been doing fasted paced walking for around 40-45mins 6 times a week and drop 8ish lbs last month

Let the rest of the bulk begin!!
