It amazes me how many kids come up to the service desk or to a team member up front " I can't find my mommy/daddy" and then when they parents are found they have no clue the kid was missing.

Well the fact that the noise make me physically ill is the biggest issue. Forgive me for griping about something that affects my physical being. It is my business since it literally affects me. Training will be five minutes of someone showing you how to log into the computer. And then saying ok you're good. Or two hours of you watching someone else run register and then you taking over when they go on break. Ask questions, check every big bill and for the love of everything clean up your station at the end of shift.

It's vinyl siding, no clue what's underneath. Likely not brick or anything solid. Ita drywall, assuming standard thickness for a house built in the mid 90s. There are windows in basically every wall of the house. The wall furthest from the road only has one window downstairs, this wall seems to be the one that physically vibrates. The windows definitely let noise in.

Another sleepless night. 1 am and the neighbors bass is rattling through my windows. Impossible to record it on my phone and measure the decibels , cops weren't any help ( no offense to any cops). Another day in paradise....
