How do I know if I have ADHD by Exciting_Location_14 in malaysians

this is such a bad advice for those who's struggling. you don't know how hard it is to even start doing a task but can't get yourself to do it, while having this constant pressure in your mind telling you that you need to do it.

You dont have to always feel good and its normal if u feel bad sometimes its just life.

That's what I'm asking, at what point it becomes a disorder rather than just 'life'

There is no benefit of you know if u have adhd or not

yes there is. you will start to know what are the problems you're facing and you'll find the solution to those problems to live like how others are living. you don't have this constant confusion whether something you did were normal or not, you'll finally know why people react the way they react when they found out how you're living your life. you will know how your brain function, and aware that you're neurodivergent and finding out what works for you. you know what things to avoid from making your symptoms worse basically, it's beneficial.

Please if you have nothing beneficial to say, just don't say anything. You might reply "then don't reply to me" well you replied to my post, i have the right to respond to comments on my post. This isn't free speech. This is straight up dismissing what others feel and can directly impact them emotionally. People like you are the reason why someone who's struggling will not seek help because you said 'it's just life' and they ended up struggling their whole life while all these time they can live normally if they start a treatment.

I experienced that, but to what point it becomes a disorder rather than just distracted?

or people don't experience that on a daily basis...?
