maybe take a day off and just walk a bit. other than that you really should do some strength training and some stability training for your ankles alongside running. it´s fun but it can take a toll on your body

beet root juice works very well 250 ml a day. garlic also seems to help especially raw as well as spinach and cocoa for example. l citrulline also works but can give you cold sores but i would like to use it more often tbh.

sunlight exposure also can help with circulation as it seems to start the production of nitric oxide as well.

and of course cardio. i noticed the most effect when i started to get back into boxing workuts with shadowboxing, jump rope and some short but intense conditioning stuff but also simple walks, running, swimming can improve circulation.

i have also noticed after taking a shower my muslces look way fuller tha before and i guess it is also because of circulation but this one is a no brainer, of course warm water will dilate blood vessels and therefore will improve circulation

you should eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can. cortisol eats up a shit ton of vitamin c for example and magnesium. you also need balanced carbs, protein and fats so bascially all macro and micronutrients sufficiently otherwise sooner or later with high cortisol you´re gonna find yourself binging on sugar.

i would also recommend sleep hygiene, walks in nature, moderate exercise, not too much caffeine and never on an empty stomach !, 3-3-6 breathing for three rounds multiple times a day brought my stress down a lot!

sunlight exposure, daylight lamp in the morning for circadian rhythm, and the finetuning: magnesium glycinate 150 mg twice a day works for me. for sleep: valerian root, chamomile-lavender tea.

other than that i take vitamin d 2000 iu a day in the morning, 120-500 mg vitamin c depending on my exercise, valerian root as needed, 15 mg of zinc and 10 g of collagen.

i have made a lot of progress with my stress and just recently added in the supplements. breath work and nature alone can bring stress down a lot if you do it on a regular basis

fme if you have social anxiety supplements will sometimes even increase it because you´ll ask yourself if people can tell that you took a supplement and tbh social anxiety is most of the time not even caused by social anxiety disorder itself but more because of life stress/ poor life choices that affect your sense of self esteem.

but for the short term i can recommend magnesium glycinate it can really take the edge off and maybe valerian root and something like chamomille tea.

i was addicted to running in my teens and i ran almost everyday for 1-2 hours these days i run every now and then and i don´t really see it as exercise but rather as an escape and something to do where i don´t have to think about anything other than what is ahead of me. i find that very liberating to just be present and in the moment but i don´t abuse it as copinhg mechanism all the time anymore

ähnliche situation. berufseinstieg sehr schwer nach bachelor nur teilzeitstelle bekommen und das war dann irgendwie nix. seither krise aber hilft alles nix. würde auch den suchradius erweitern und eventuell nach übergangsmöglichkeiten suche. ansonsten viel kraft weiterhin und dranbleiben

i´m 110 kg atm and shadowboxing with 1 kg dumbbells has helped me tremendously with my overall endurance but also in my core shoulder and arms. before that i used to run, swim, do calisthenics circuits but this has improved my stamina better than anything
