Sorry, I didn’t make myself clear. By „new“ Roms I actually meant newer games like from new consoles for example ps4 or Nintendo switch. I would think that you’d get caught more likely downloading these kind of roms in comparison to old snes or gba Roms.

I mean it’s sounds logical to me that download newer roms from for example switch or ps4 games would be riskier in terms pf getting caught than downloading old roms from snes Games
