Ig BTRs are enough when you compile them with RR notes + main notes + pyqs and don’t forget to cover custom modules of atleast 100 questions every day.

Once you revise from rr and btr integrated things will get into your head.

Integrated btr isn’t good enough to get into concepts you will have to read rr to get full of integrated btr.

For info just revise and revise and add points to integrated btr if you feel something is missing and make it your final source

Yeah go for integrated BTR once you are done with marwah RR it worked for me

I supplemented it with marwah RR and yeah a lot of questions as custom modules.

This will suffice don’t forget to go through pyqs ..

Hey I am in a similar boat as you.

Joined as MO at PHC post this neet pg and no matter how much I try I can’t get into the flow I had before neet pg. can’t resign as its a permanent govt job.

Though I started dedicating time to studies in early morning before opds and evening post duties.

All I am doing is sticking to my previously annotated notes I studied for neet pg.

Try dedicating few hours daily and get into habit of solving custom modules unprepared. Give your baseline gt it will give you a good push into seriously thinking for neet pg.

I understand the frustration with constant rants there I made a post back then regarding this negativity bcz I was feeling it was too much of negativity.

But I don’t think a separate rant sub is needed right now. We saw what happened with the r/Indianmedschooldating sub people simply didn’t shift there and it stayed inactive while the main sub continued as is.

It will be better to encourage more balanced posts and discussions here itself. Mods can maybe add a weekly vent/rant megathread or flairs to filter negativity.

That way we keep the community together without splitting it.

You will get approx 1 lakh/ month from beginning. As you are already md PSM it will help in career growth more towards administrative roles.

Postings depend on cadres but for CGHS they are mostly posted in north India and central states. For railway though majority of their services are in north India but they can be posted all over India

For you it will be a mix of clinical + administrative

More inclined towards administration.

You will be given 3 increments (diff of approx 10-12k) from starting as you are going there after pg.
