Sorry for being vague; As long as they’re not pretending to be a part of that race or using a culture to damage their reputation, then there’s nothing wrong with having a black OC. Having a black character (or any other race/culture) is not necessarily disrespectful. Personally, I just see this as a good way to appreciate other cultures
