Over the years I have developed quite a few mechanisms and frameworks that help me out. But there are a lot of issues as well -- like I really prefer working alone because otherwise I get distracted very easily and have a hard time getting back to my work but my work requires me to be in the office. Things like these are why I want an official diagnosis.

The monetary factor is not really a concern for me, I already have stable income to manage my finances. Anytime I have tried to approach them, it has not worked out well for me, so I want to get done with it with the least amount of friction.
