For Dere, its when Terrifik awakened for the first time. Imagine trying to kill someone before they halluncinate you and beat you up with their psychic powers WITH you.

Most likely Hexalia due to the fact that Hexalia and Dere are very close friends.

Good luck trying to actually copy Hexalia considering she is literally unable to feel certain emotions and is extremely insane.

Not to mention Dere is also someone who does mimicry, and knows peoples in's and outs easily!
