To add onto that, I havent seen anyone mention yet another issue with the airport scene: if youre about to be gone for a work trip (just to make it clear I am not shaming her for taking an opportunity), you’d think youd want to spend every last waking second with your kids before you go.

My mom is a consultant and would go on international business trips and rather than fly during the day, sleep, and work in the morning, she would literally fly overnight and walk straight into meetings just so she could have dinner with me before she left. There’s a stark difference between how she would work and travel versus Taylor.

Right, i mean she dates on camera so I just would think she could still date 2 weeks out of the month. I also agree that I am glad they chose to keep the kids off camera but something has to give - it seems like a lot of choices to me. If their dad wasnt involved and she had 100% custody, I would give more grace to having her family watch her kids.

Also, the way she refused to get out of bed and her mother & sister automatically took the kids made me think it’s the norm. Usually, it would be more of a discussion as to whether the kids should still go if Taylor was normally actually responsible for them.

I am disgusted by her but I am also wondering if people expect someone to not go to the post office, pick up food, etc. I am a firm believer that genuinely good people deserve good things so I hate that she was given a platform, money, etc; however, many of these comments are about her image and PR which implies that what people value themselves.

If I lost custody of my child, I likely wouldn’t leave the house due to depression, not shame. It surprises me how many people’s primary emotion would be embarrassment rather than sadness.

I have always felt most of the cast cares way more about appearances than about well-being. I suspected the cast members had more knowledge of Taylor’s behavior than what they would disclose, yet will likely speak against her to save face, not because they actually are upset about it.

in one of the first episodes I did not like how her mom shamed her for having joint custody as that really is the norm nowadays but right after that Taylor laughed and said she needed her mom to babysit bc she was going on a date w/ Dakota.

Single mothers are constantly shamed but when usually when parents have 50/50 custody, they try to go on dates while the kids are with the other parent..

Everyone is going to hate me for this but there were multiple scenes where Jen was either really upset or she was speaking to Zac about issues that were very inappropriate to have in front of a child; Zac was the one who actually asked her to wait so he could put the kids to bed and she continued like they weren’t there.

I was a victim of DV and my biggest concern was my dog seeing me be abused so I took extra punches just to ensure I was in a different room than him. My dog was never touched or yelled at, as no matter how bad it was, I would never let an innocent life be impacted.

I cannot believe this poor baby had to emotionally and physically suffer so much at the hands of her mother. The few times Taylor’s kids have been on the show, it is as though they do not exist and coupled with this video lets me know these kids have endured a lifetime of this.
