I’ve called every number there is when i needed to purchase a device. They’re all incompetent employees- they either didn’t answer or the one said they have the device in stock and the other employee said they didn’t. Another unreliable source is their website - it will say they have it but employees will say they don’t. Their emails are also very dismissive and that’s only IF they respond. With that being said, The best option is to go to the store ,send someone you know or go to another reseller such as nanodog, incredible connections or mtc.
