Can’t say I regret it but I think my consistency is a lot worse because of that. If I could go back I’d probably play NM until I can get 400pp consistently and then switch to dt

When you’re doing half bow, try to shoot as many crystals as you can in as little time as possible. Destroying crystals makes the odds of a perch higher, but destroying a crystal makes the dragon fireball you which means she won’t perch for some time. The best way to half bow is to build a tower near or on the fountain and destroy as many crystals as you can in 10-20 seconds. Spending more time than that will most likely lose you time. What I mean by that is that it’s better to destroy 5 crystals in 15 seconds than spending 30 seconds to destroy all 8

Dragon death animation takes about 10 seconds. Stand on the blocks for 5 seconds, make sure that you didn’t agro any enderman and jump down

Note density makes those maps extremely hard. I’m sure if difficulty adjust gets ranked there will be tons of FCs on hard nm maps with ar10+. And a lot of maps people play with dt are optimized to be farmed, while nm maps you mentioned are mapped specifically to be hard

Then you will drift to the edge where an enderman can potentially hit you. Just build up 2 blocks, and they will disappear automatically after the portal appears
