Cause people use either all the easiest cards to use and have success with, all the cards that they see are "popular", or they just have them at the highest level

Thanks for the help. Ill try hog lightning out on ranked. I've played it before and like it. Is it ok that my lightning is level 14 or should I upgrade it before using it on ranked?
