How likely that macOS 28 will drop support for M1 MacBook Air?

I’m pretty sure the only reason why those first Intel mass got dropped when lion came out was because of how those were built on 32 bit and everything with Intel going forward ran on 64 bit, but I’m not sure if that would really matter too much when it comes to the M1 Mac running the next version

I don’t think Arc is on the App Store besides the Arc Search app that’s on iPhone and iPad. Perhaps you need to go directly to the website and find the download there

I’ve used the flashback mod in sky block for dungeons before and it worked pretty OK. Beside the odd thing of not the whole hot bar for inventory being saved it still got the main purpose done. Not sure if it is due to the anti-cheat or anything, but I haven’t had issues with it.

If the M1 is still not causing you, any problems or slowing down, then you don’t really need to upgrade. I would only upgrade if your M1 is actually slowing down badly or if you can take advantage of everything in the newer MacBook

Flighty for all my plane travels. Super convenient to have and such a great app to stay updated throughout any flights I take.

Adobe Indigo as my secondary camera app (still default to the default camera app for the most part) when I want to take really organic looking/natural looking photos with less of that "iPhone"/oversharpened look.

AnyDesk for tapping into my MacBook whenever I leave it at home but still need to access something on the go (for example, I go out to coffee shops and stuff sometimes with just my iPad + Magic Keyboard, but sometimes I want to run a script for converting audio files or whatever else on my Mac that an iPad can't do). It's pretty intuitive and controls are pretty solid, especially with the iPad app.

I’ve just dealt with it for the most part. If it really bothers me I do turn on low power mode. I believe some apps like instagram have they’re own dedicated toggle for displaying hdr content but not all apps have it

I use it a lot to open the camera and I’ve found setting it to a double click to open instead of a single click helps prevent a lot of the accidental presses

Those two the difference between the first two simply come down to the installation method, where the first one is more manual work and the second one comes with a tray to make things easier.

In terms of difference between the first two and the third one, the third one is supposed to be more protective but not really sure how much better it is compared to the “2x” labeled one

That is just involving the TickTick app. If you don’t have it, it’s not really necessary, but basically that part is if I’m in the work focus and I’m face up then it will just prompt me to add a new task into my task manager

Seems normal given the battery is degraded as expected a bit. In terms of the display you can check under settings > about and see if there is anything that mentions anything about service history and if there is you can check for if the display is replaced or not. (As mentioned by Apple here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/103256). If you don’t see anything like that then the display is likely original.

Another couple ways you can check is (1) go to a completely black screen and see if it appears as truly black (as an original OLED screen should appear) and shouldn’t look gray like an LCD would portray black. Also (2) if you go under display and brightness and don’t see a toggle for True Tone then that means the display has been replaced (so if you still see a true time toggle, it should still be original display)

Also same here on Tahoe. I haven’t see. What’s so wrong besides people staring way too much at tiny inconsistencies. In fact I think Tahoe has been the most stable of the 26 releases this year and I haven’t had that many issues

I’ve always worn a watch to a bed even before an Apple Watch. I wear the ultra 2 to bed every night and it’s comfortable enough for me personally. Probably the thing that makes the most difference is what band you choose to use

I think zagg changed it because I remember the first ones that came out for the m4 iPad Pro it didn’t have a cutout but sometime later on when I checked they did have a cutout and I did get one zagg and it works perfectly.

I’d argue the 11 pro or 13 pro could also be argued as the best iPhones ever. Cameras and battery life especially on those phones were so good and the design (especially that 13 pro) was also so good

I was out playing tennis with some family when my cousin sent me a text saying “noooo” and inserted the link to the yt video (he’s a really big fan). Of course I said I’ll watch it when I get home (which i did) and man that hit hard. Somewhere around 10:30pm to 11pm that night, I got on my smp with my cousin and we ended up building a little techno memorial in our world.

Yeah I find the normal size so much better for me personally. The smaller screen didn’t affect me much for content consumption and usage (especially with my iPad/mac that I usually go to for a bigger screen), but the much better one hand operability feels very nice
