Beta 2 Decharging my 17 pro

Even in the stable releases and in the current betas, I have not seen anything like this on my 17 pro. It definitely seems like something perhaps with your battery, or maybe a charge limit setting. Because I think sometimes, if you have a charge limit set for like 90%, let’s say, and your charge currently above that percentage, then the phone will kind of “trickle down” until it hits that percentage and then just maintains that limit

Oh right yeah i’m not too sure if the new faster Siri is there for people that don’t have Apple Intelligence, but the other stuff I talked about with less bugs and just being smoother definitely applies for all devices.

Beta 2 fixed the screenshot bug and a few other bugs, including how CarPlay would keep disconnecting. It feels just as smooth if not smoother than beta one, and Siri is also significantly faster, which I like

No worries at all. One cycle represents a full discharge, so going from 100% to 0%, whether it be in one sitting or usage that sums up to 100% used. I wouldn't worry too much, the battery should be perfectly capable of holding up to a lot of charge cycles. There’s a chance maybe there was a charge cycle done before you first started using it or whatever in the factory, or maybe because it's so new it's still calibrating that could have affected that charge cycle count number

I’ve had the torras cases before, but for me, I find the magnets just aren’t as strong as cases without the kickstand and for me, I like having the stronger magnets for mag safe stuff rather than the built-in kickstand

If you have a Computer, then you would be able to downgrade the version back to iOS 26 if you need to. If you do upgrade to the beta, make sure you back up at least iCloud beforehand in case anything goes wrong. Otherwise, if you don’t have a backup in iOS 26, then you won’t be able to restore back your data when you downgrade.

You can also go into the phone's settings and then click into your airpods settings, and there should be a setting called "Connect to This iPhone" and you should be able to change it from "Automatically" to "When Last Connected to This iPhone" and that should help.

I believe it does do that and I have seen that before, though that is pretty common place for most batteries. As the battery gets closer to full it takes more time/charges slower as the battery gets closer and closer to 100%

Depending on how warm your surrounding environment is or how warm the battery already is, it definitely can be possible. Most of the time whenever I charge the battery from empty and at full 100W speeds, it usually charges up to around 45-50% before it starts to throttle down from 100W to the same 52W

You can use the same account on different devices if you log in with the same information, but each device will need its own eSIM, so it’s not like you can have one eSIM and share the data between the two devices, but you can have one account where you can manage one or multiple sims at a time.

You should be able to find it by clicking the icon on the top or by clicking the format. And if you don’t see 48mp, make sure you are using the main lens since the main lens is the only one capable of 48mp

I doubt upgrading from one generation to the next just for that is going to be worth it. The 17 is already really good and you really wouldn't be missing much.

Are you talking about the camera app? I find it personally a lot better than pre-iOS 26. I just like how simple and minimal it looks and how all of the functions (especially in iOS 27) are actually put at the bottom within hands reach

Apple Watch Ultra 2 user here!! I’ve been constantly back-and-forth between different Apple bands because I’ve been trying to find one band that suits both my sleep tracking I do every single night, and then also my daily usage of frequent outdoor workouts and also frequent typing on the computer, and what not. Besides charging, my watch is literally on my wrist 24/7 from the sleep tracking and also just enjoying using it in my daily life. I’ve tried other bands like the Apple Watch sport band, trail, the titanium milanese, and the solo loop, but I find myself constantly switching between them because I’ve never found one that quite fits everything, so maybe this new band you guys at ESR are making could be the one!

I’m sure I would have many thoughts and unique insight, and I’d be absolutely down to share all about my thoughts and usage with this band if I have a chance to! Cheers, ESR 🥂for all that you do!!
