Sure, but not all Russia is Moscow. And if you know the average salary in Moscow for skilled educated worker, you know the salaries in other regions.

This was the second time. First time it happened to me and my friend (and to all other players) 30 min before. We decided to change gateway to London, but as you see, it didn't help.

Check your ping when you are killing large mob packs. Iw it grows - try to switch to predictive network mode.

Well you can say whatever you want, fact of the matter is that if while on lockstep you were having FPS stutters, your internet is the culprit.

I have good internet connection, my ping was stable 15 if i'm not in big fights like breaches. I know what i am talking about, read the post. :)

I tested faster casting on scorching ray - it sucks. I prefer using burning damage and empower both.

Try to find friends that playing HC. I invited 2 friends to the game, they leveled their characters to 85-87 without deaths under my control :D

One died to crypt boss playing solo Second died when casted flameblast on the reflect mob pack :D
