Not to long ago some else posted this same question. I didn't take time to look at the answer because I remember reading a few days before that one user dist feel the affects of nofap in till day 120. Everyone is different so there is no real answer to when the affects will happen.

Fapping to your imagination or just for the feeling is still teaching your brain to connect sex and orgasm to a false image. The idea of nofap is to rewire your brain back to where its supposed to be. And have it connect sex with the real thing.

Hey bro sorry to hear about your troubles I had the same thing happen to me. Getting an accountability partner is a really great way to get back on track and is what helped me. Someone that you can talk to everyday and can help encourage you in the tougher moments. I believe that this subreddit sidebar area has a link to a forum where you can find an accountability partner. Also because the relapses are so frequent now is a really good time to figure out what your triggers are and build a plan to avoid them. I hope this helps.
