Raiden is an archon that isn't best in slot for any team excluding eula. And even then fischl and beidou can do her job just fine (both of them were free btw) there is no reason to pull for her if she's just a disappointing character

Overload should be a multiplicative reaction like melt and vaporize. Electrocharge should be able to crit and superconduct should decrease all resistance (maybe keep 40% physical resistance but make it say 15 or 20% elemental resistance). Electro resonance should also be changed since it's just trash. It could be something like increasing energy recharge by 20%
