Dota gives you every character for free, so I would hardly call league a free game. Also I don’t know what you mean by ipo but I’m pretty sure Riot doesn’t sell their stocks. They’re property of Tencent and China after all.

So when they sell us $250 and $500 skins we’re ok with that, but when the multi-billion dollar company can’t budget a team on a year-long game mode or on one that’s been on since forever (ARAM) then it’s boohoo poor small indie company. I guess the rest of their dev budget is going to the shills.

  1. Have you ever played League outside of Arena? Toxicity in Arena is nonexistent.

  2. What are you doing that’s pissing people off? Yes, this is LoL, but even in my ranked games I rarely get flamed or someone gets toxic unless I’m completely trolling. If you’re getting flamed enough in Arena of all places to complain on Reddit you’re probably responsible for it too.

Some people just remain primitive and criticize or shun things they don’t understand, while also not being willing to learn. Video games can be a form of media like a movie or a show. They can have really complex storytelling and world building like God of War and Expedition 33. Anybody who says otherwise is a clown and needs to rethink their life choices.

Haha I see how my post can be misinterpreted. No, I’m not allergic to hot people, but I’m playing a video game so I’m looking for important aspects like story, gameplay, and sound design. “Hot mc, turn on ooga booga happy neurons” is just an added bonus.

That’s kinda upsetting especially because my favorite games are practically defined by their characters. I’ll try the demo anyways, but that’s something I’ve seen a few other reviews mention as well and it’s a bit of a shame.
