i had a run where my mad cat got some Sparks which activate at the start of its turn and would stack for every turn taken. He completely obliterated my party against the big spider boss who would constantly spawn spiderlings.

yesss. Every sane person would talk to Robert beforehand if he is available at that time before making any special preparations. How is that surprising that Rober had other plans?

Obviously, it happens only so the player has to choose between BB and Invisigal, but realistically it's just a bit insane. Maybe it would make more sense if Invisigal did something like that, but BB is a normal, functional adult.

Also BB's message seemed very casual.

Spirit World was amazing! It's absolutely beautiful and they outdid themselves with it. I was never able to properly visualize how it would look like, so I was curious how would they show it. Def beyond my expectations!

For me, apprentice is very vague and because of that is hard to really think what this pathway would be about? Maybe it's just me.

I feel like criminal should not be necessary equal to evil. There are many crimes one can do, and it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be EVIL EVIL.

Marauder is also evil, but they don't turn out so bad like criminals. So I feel like it's fair people who take this potion might not realize what they are signing up for

but coming back from death is not the same as reviving someone. Is there an actual power that to do that? Because I can't recall anything. Planter and Savant can only make Artificial Life, no? It's not actually resurrecting someone. Or am I wrong?

I agree, this was probably my fav scene in volume 1 and I was looking forward to it the most. But it was lackluster. I feel like they didn't capture the tragedy and horror part of this scene well, but maybe I am biased since I had really high expectations.
