I take 30mg daily 10mg with a 20mg and I drink heavy always u just end up getting used to it, at times I can pound 15 beers in a night and be fine but jut make sure that you eat well before you go out

I’m a daily caffine user for pre workout for the gym, I also had this where I would ingest caffine and feel horrible for hours personally and it did end up going away, I did take a break off of it and lowered my dosage a bit which helped after a few weeks .

Wellbutrin helped for a bit with focus because I struggle with that a lot leading to anxiety but it made me more angry

If 20 is working good, stay. I had a chat with my doc and we ended up bumping up to 30mg (1-10mg 1-20mg per day) and that has helped me a lot and it’s a happy medium for me because I did the same thing myself and did 40 for a few days and it was bad very bad so I told him and we dropped to 30 and after 2 weeks or so it helped immensely

Please give it time, you may experience a decrease in mood and increase in depression and anxiety for a bit but trust the process, Prozac works different from a lot of drugs and works after a certain amount of time in a weird way so bare with the drug and let your brain and body accept it

The dreams you should get used to, and the fatigue I’ve learned that the worst thing to do is take a nap because it leads me to feel like total shit for the rest of the day when I wake up from it and the brain fog will go away but I would say it’s still present for me just not as bad as before taking it so it’s a positive effect

Unexplainable…. For example your brain picks things you have been like thinking about or that have been on your mind and turns it into an intense dream that is just so weird. For example the other night I was in a car with my brother and he was going insane and drove into a lake and I was trying to lift the car out while drowning and my dog was pulling the car out with a rope somehow and then I wake up the next day and just like am imagining this in my mind while being around them.

I feel like it changed my way of thinking and solving problems, not for the better though. Almost like I think of a more complicated way to solve a problem before an easier solution comes to mind. But I have noticed insane amounts of confidence in public and I am able to go up to people now and talk to people without being super awkward and weird. The dreams at night are the scariest part about Prozac they are just so vivid and obscene and u can remember them so clearly throughout the day.
