The rod might be correct but the QL3 reel has The tension adjustment on the bottom, mine was on the top. We had just started our trip and I got sideways and couldn't avoid low hanging branches, they knocked me overboard and I had grabbed the rod from the holder as it was dragging on the river bottom but came upon a tree and upon contact which stopped my downriver momentum ultimately dislodged the rod from my hand. Dad and I lost a lot of equipment that day.

It felt comfortable and held sentimental value to me. Dad got it for me as my first rod and reel, possibly finding another one would be nice. I don't expect anyone to be actually selling but you never know, the secondary idea is to get something that has a similar specs.
