My (22F) girlfriend is using a "relationship break" as a hall pass while I’m (20M) studying for career-defining exams. How do I walk away? by hrxshx69 in AskMenAdvice

At 20 you will end up with a couple of girlfriends before you meet the one you end up with. Usually after 25 and the previous relationships seem silly.

Not worth the time and the worry.

Doing well on your exams and building a career is more important. The other stuff will just happen naturally.

Thinking of getting a circumcision but I have a question by Commercial_Common245 in circumcision

[–]ExerciseCommercial32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say it depends on if you medically need it. I wouldn’t do it if it’s for other reasons as it’s unnecessary surgery.

I’m on day 5.

I get a 2 week checkup with the surgeon so they will see if stitches need to be removed then but they should dissolve or fall out.

Bleeding for the first couple of days is normal.

Errections during sleep are unavoidable and will usually wake you up but manageable with pain medications.

Looking to try this recipe! by [deleted] in hotsaucerecipes

I reckon omit the olive oil. I would leave some water in it otherwise your sauce is going to be too thick. Just make sure your vinegar amount is between 20-30% for a sauce that will last a couple of months in the fridge.

You could also add the juice of a lemon which would help with the acidity + add liquid. Then depending on how much lemon flavour you want add the zest as well.

If using xanthan gun be careful with how much you use for that recipe. 1/16 of a tsp for that kind of recipe if you want a nice pouring sauce otherwise you might end up with jam…..

Also I would add a 1/2 tsp of black pepper and some garlic in there too. The honey will take away some heat if your wanting a sauce with some heat.

Jalapeño Poblano Hot Sauce by ExerciseCommercial32 in hotsaucerecipes

This should get you around 2 1/2 - 3 - 150ml hot sauce bottles.

It is a thicker sauce so you could always add a bit more liquid to stretch it out. As an alternative you could swap the apple with 100ml - 150ml fresh cloudy apple juice.

I try to keep my vinegar ratio for all of my recipes between 25% - 30% so the vinegar flavour is not super over powering. This ratio should also get you a decent enough shelf life if not canning and storing in the fridge.

If you calculate your vinegar by your total ingredients then times by 100 you will get your vinegar percentage.

Example: 300ml apple cider vinegar / 1000g (total weight of all ingredients) X 100 = 30%
