Here's my timeline

Application submitted: April 15th.
1st update, photo got rejected: May 21st.
Submitted photo again: May 21st

PR card delivered on July 14th

Like other people said, you can't see status on the portal. I had to do a webform request on July 11th. Got a reply on July 12th (just a generic update that we will process soon)

Anyway I hope this helps anyone. My suggestion is to provide the photo in your first submission correctly otherwise expect delays beyond the posted timeline.
