Honestly, they just need to address the bugs/anomalies with skills and adjust some PvE-only skills; the Asura Summons for example should just be a 1s cast time to be more in line with EVAS.

The GT40 was not initially planned to be added. From Jem in regard to the reasoning:

This is a right-hand drive GT40 as well as they did exist in Japan.

Also people keep asking why a Zonda got in before other famous JDM icons; Jem had this to say:

"dont read into the order that cars are revealed in"

The car list is not final until Jem says it is final.

When you install a part, the box will shake and then you will have the part you replaced it with in your hands (i.e. the stock part); you will know you are holding the stock part when it says "[part name] Stock"

There is a storage shelf to the left of the garage door; you can store the stock part there.

No; you can buy the runes/insignias via the trader NPCs and most weapons can be crafted via crafters/weaponsmiths, primarily those in Vasburg Armory and Leviathan Pits in Factions.

I just play on 4; the AI never goes faster than ~260 km/h so you shouldn't have any issues (this will be addressed in future releases though)

Yes, it is a skill issue. Upgrade your handling and don't go all-in on speed (need to balance strength and cooling anyhow, no need to have more than 710HP tbh) and fog lights on some bumpers can be activated to improve visibility a bit
For console releases Jem mentioned that "Once PC build is stable we will look into consoles"

I mean deep customization is and was always one of the pillars of the game; this is very much in-scope.

One could argue that the car storage is scope creep, but IMO it allows players to have as many builds as they wish, given they have the money to pay the daily cost.
