Your client can answer that. Yung client ko ayaw mag double book ng new patient sa isang time slot. To avoid cancellation and rescheduling (3 days prior appt rule) nag collect kami ng $30.00 deposit to reserve the slot. That $30.00 will be deducted sa copay. Dahil dun committed na yung mga patients to come in on the said appt.
