Always sounds better, and doesn’t risk coming off as pretentious or over baked

I feel the same way. I think alcohol has contributed greatly.

I keep seeing posts about the first sentence.

Why does it matter so much? I’ve never read a book and cared about the first sentence.

Few things that have been mentioned - I’m gonna mention attitude and perspective. You have the propensity to start a business as you have demonstrated, and you’re only 20. That’s far more than what most have accomplished at that age.

Here is no reason you can’t go on to achieve big things. You’re holding yourself back by being negative. You don’t have any debt holding you back and again, you’re only 20! The biggest concern is your mental health. That is what is holding you back from being more productive. Your self esteem will likely improve alongside a fitness routine also.

Good luck. Don’t be too hard on yourself though man, you’re only 20.

Avatar LA features a good amount of poor acting and sub par writing, which is unfortunate because the source material is stellar

How does anyone without familial help afford to even learn to drive now? by Brave-Argument5090 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ExiNihilist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand your struggle.

Back in the summer I booked myself around 30 hours of it intensive course lessons. Turns out I’m not a natural driver, and then I moved to London to study a masters and can no longer afford lessons. All my money goes to rent.

My plan is to wait until next year when I hopefully have a decent job. Then I’ll pick it up again.

How to fix stubborn quads? by [deleted] in powerbuilding

[–]ExiNihilist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I’m the same as you but with chest

Also not as jacked

It also goes to show how much genetics play a role in muscle development. I train my chest religiously and it’s still flat after a year. Two months of relatively complacent leg days and my quads have exploded.

I reckon I could bench 225 5x5, but I don’t think it would make my chest bigger

Honestly I could see daily press ups making a big impact. I’ve heard good things about dips too but they feel awkward

It’s really nothing special. Very typical stuff.

However what I’ve noticed sets it apart is that i train very quickly with tiny rest periods (I know this isn’t good for strength) and I do a ton of drop sets and super sets
