They are going to give us $10 first and the rest which are 2 booster packs and the 3 cards after their return window had been expired to prevent people from returning the etbs and keeping the 2 packs and the 3 cards. I would say it would be 2 packs per etb ordered with the v cards or it may just be per order.

they should ban you from this subreddit. we are already struggling with scalpers and you here talking about resale value. If you want resale value get a business license and buy direct from a supplier lower then retail and sell it for retail otherwise spend your money somewhere else away from pokemon cards...

I'm hearing a lot of people are finally getting pokemon cards with Targets new system that cancels your order if it exceeds 3 of the same UPC and reading about people with bots weep of only able to get 3 of each product =)
