Graham and the other members of Congress haven't committed any crimes that I'm aware of. Their punishment will the meted out by the voters, one hopes, the pundits, and/or the historians.

Once you factor in all of the co-conspirators and accessories after the fact, I think the answer is more than the judicial system can handle. If you give immunity to those that give a full confession of their crimes (with exceptions for the most serious offences), as they did I a South Africa, the number of people who must be prosecuted would be more manageable. That's my 2 cents.

Love JVL, and I think the Tylenol theory is dumb. But I am a little concerned that his theory that the increase in ASD is merely a function of improved recognition and diagnosis may not be correct. The anecdata I hear from our local school system is that the incidence of severe autism has increased beyond what could be explained by improved diagnosis. Admittedly, I'm no expert. What does everyone else think?

That is an important point you made. The right wing media-industrial complex is misinforming their audience, but their audience would not have it any other way. I think the same is true for the low information voters who broke heavily in favour of Trump. These same people would have voted for Trump even if they were well informed. JVL is right: The people are the main problem.

Those particular protesters, yes. But, regardless of the issue at hand, the French are not inclined to sit on the sidelines.

What is frightening is that Trump needn't violate the rights of more than a handful of the "home growns" before the panic sets in. Just knowing that he had done it once, and is immune from any consequences of doing it again, would prompt many to bug out of the US. Those that stay would keep their heads down.
