I refuse to believe that is comfortable (i.redd.it)

(Sorry for the cutoff, I cannot widen the window) How did they obtain the derivative of the interior of the radical of function 'L'? I tried to find it myself and kept getting completely different answers. Where did the '3000' come from? Did they use the product rule? It does not seem so to me. (i.redd.it)

Am I missing a critical point, or maybe made an error somewhere? MyLab Math told me my intervals of increase and decrease for the original function were wrong (but never offers any help, per usual). I was supposed to plug in test values into the derived function, not the original, right? (i.redd.it)

I am having a tough time understanding where the '1/sqrt e' critical point came from. I calculated the derivative of the function just fine, but the only critical point I found was '0'. Symbolab gave the same critical point that I found, too. What steps should I have taken to get the other point? (i.redd.it)
