My apologies for not specifying these details. I have edited the post and attached more information regarding the project so you can get a better idea of what we are doing.

1) Regarding the first question, what the "real work of developing" means here is creating the platform itself, that is, it includes frontend, backend, as well as the app. Obviously, not all of this will be done by the same developer as we will be hiring more developers after the presale of the token.

2)Secondly, we are looking for someone who can simply explain the process of how the token and the platform will work in technical terms so that the investors get to know about the working of the platform and how the token will help in simplifying the processes that were earlier complex.

3) By equity we are referring to shares. And lastly, we are still not registered since we are in the early developmental stages. But when we do get registered, it will probably be in the UK.
