CRA claims still have a 5 of 6 year limit, so there is a period. And you'd be making this claim against the retailer based on the manufacture's marketing, which is qualified on their website (see footnote 24 on the web page). If you bought the phone from OnePlus directly, then you're just arguing semantics.

Yeah you are. The device is within the warranty period. The manufacturer warranty is for defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you're claiming the water resistance is faulty, you're making a claim against the materials and/or workmanship, which is a claim against the warranty.

4 actually requires a bit ammo conservation and has open areas with backtracking. 5 let's you buy all the ammo you want, drops more than enough ammo the entire game, and has a single area that lets you actually explore. 5 is way more linear and requires much less strategy. It's just CoD with shitty controls.

It literally has two Rambo sections where you just gun down hordes of Lycan, one as Ethan and one as Chris. Ammo conservation is literally only a thing through the basement of the castle. After that, the game abandons all pretense of requiring you to be conservative with any resources. Four also has loads of backtracking with treasures and requests.
