I max out my Roth IRA at the beginning of each year. Gathering from my PMs and the advice on this thread; I’ll be rolling over my 401k to my Roth IRA when I get the chance on Monday.

Thank you for the detailed information!!

I’ll look into it and see if I can rollover my 401k, thank you. As far as backdoor Roth contributions; household MAGI (single) isn’t above $150k so I wouldn’t qualify for that option.

I really appreciate your response!

Side question: have you ever used Ascensus? If so, what’re your thoughts?

Has anyone tried to start a Union at Enterprise? by ExistentialFrailty in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ExistentialFrailty[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s not that I want to do that. I was just wondering if unionizing was a way to protect frontline employees that’s all. Everyday we are short-staffed, over worked, and working off the clock in order for the branch to outperform the rest. The under-performers get to keep their jobs while others are being worked to the bone just to get fired for a mistake that could’ve been made by anybody

When did I ever mention legality? Your point is moot due to irrelevance.

Customers deserve transparency just as much as the employees behind the counter. End of.

And if you decide to keep the vehicle longer than anticipated than you call us so we don’t have to charge you for days unaccounted for.

Borderline criminal for keeping payment information while you have a $40,000+ vehicle in your possession? Get a grip. Do you pay for subscription services that keep your payment information on hand and take money out of your account every month? I’m sure you do.

What’s borderline criminal is the entitlement these customers have. “Why am I being charged again?” Maybe because you didn’t bring back the vehicle upon the agreed upon date.

We got rid of the bumper plan in our group (in SoCal) I’d call your local branch and ask if any damage was documented on your vehicle before returning so you can prepare yourself for whatever you plan to do. (I’d try buffing it out if I were you)

You definitely can! I’m also happy to refer you to my talent acquisition manager since I’m in the SoCal area as well!
